I am an original WAC and Veteran of the US ARMY who worked her way through University on the GI Bill. I have over 30+ years in the Oil & Gas industry. I worked offshore in the Gulf of Mexico and on land throughout Alaska, Canada and the US. My career began as a Field Engineer in Wireline and climbed to North American Technical Manager within Schlumberger. I have managed, recruited, planned long-term strategies, worked through mergers, budgeted capex, presented in front of high-level Presidents of Segments, and worked with clients. I have been a Project Manager in charge of world-wide logging truck manufacturing by orchestrating teams from various vendors to provide proper deliverables and quality. Within Schlumberger, I was the Sustaining Manager and Pressure Engineer for North America with tasks such as ensuring equipment met regulatory compliance and building maintenance organizations to repair and service the North American Logging Equipment. I was the Asset Manager for Schlumberger which included planning capex, working with maintenance organizations, sustaining equipment, junking equipment off books, planning new technology purchases and truck manufacturing. I was in the field as field engineer for over 12 years.

I graduated from Nichools State Univeristy in 1988 with a BS in PETSM, which is a combined degree of Petroleum Engineering Technology and Safety Management. I also have an AS in PETSM and an AS in Petroleum Services from McNeese State University. I was a strategic satellite repairman in the Army and stationed in Europe. I was a Platform Operator for Phillips Petroleum offshore on the downstream end of the hydrocarbon side of the business on a production platform, in charge of gauging and tracking production rates, testing wells, conducting regulatory tests on equipment and rebuilding equipment offshore.

When I am not busy working, I am out golfing or fishing. I also enjoy renovating houses. I have a great deal of mechanical and carpentry skills. I have enjoyed buying and living in 'fixer-upper" homes throughout my career and selling them when I move.
